Any challenge regarding the performance or results of the emissions inspection must be made within ten (10) business days of the failing emissions inspection. Any challenge regarding the effectiveness of the repairs made by either a licensed inspection station or a Missouri Recognized Repair Technician must be made within twenty (20) business days of the date of vehicle repair.
